Hello all

I just upgraded my Ximian Evolution to 1.4 Somehow during this process
I lost my spell checking abilities. In the settings under composer
options in the spell checking section there are no languages installed.
(and seemingly no way to install them.)

I've confirmed I have aspell, aspell-en, and pspell-compat installed.
However I have no spell checker.

Anyone else encountered this issue and know the fix?
