I've heard about strange things happening when saving in non-native
formats in OO. Sounds like a bug...can you upgrade to a newer version?
I'm using OpenOffice 1.1Beta and it spellchecks correctly when saving in
Windows 95 or other formats. 1.1Beta is the first release of OO I have
been satisfied with...
