The Open Source Initiative has done an outstanding paper at
http://www.opensource.org/sco-vs-ibm.html about the whole issue, and the fact
that OSI quite readily points out is that the stuff that SCO is suing over
concerns features that were never offerred in ANY of SCO's products, and in
some cases were offerred in products BEFORE SCO ever even thought about the
stuff, so SCO's claims are dubious at best, outright lies at worst.
