I know there's a service run by message labs that's been causing problems. When
a message that contains a virus is sent to or from a message labs customer
message labs send out a "you might be infected" message to all the recepients
and the sender. And since sobig.f is spoofing the from address and then mass
mailing itself anyone caught in its wake (all of the mass-mailed-recepients and
the spoofed sender) seems to get this message labs "you might be infected"
message. It's almost as bad a the virus itself.
