What is the first octet of the address? I think all the static
IPs are 24.x.x.x and all the dynamics are 65.x.x.x --however
I would not want to swear to it. At least some of the biz
classes are subnetted to a /30 ...just like a WAN link,
which basically it is. Net number, 2 hosts - you and the
gateway - and a bcst, total 4 IPs.

Sure gets rid of all that blasted ARP traffic for 13 subnets.

I also believe that with business class, you are eligible to
obtain a static IP. I guess it is posible there are biz class
users with dynamic. Maybe they don't want/know how to
set it up.
