[SLUG] XTerm resources

I'm currently running xfce for my wm, and xterm does not have a menu to
customize font sizes and such on the fly (the way konsole does). The
fonts in xterm are tiny, and I don't know how to change them. I know
there's a couple of files (/etc/X11/app-defaults/XTerm[-color]) which
contain configuration details for xterm (at least I think that's where
they are). But I don't know what all the something.otherthing:value and
*something*otherthing:value are about. I don't know how they work. It's
also not completely clear from the xterm man page what parameter I
should use to raise the point size, and what its syntax would be in the
Xterm config file.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Paul
