Are you not specifying the password for security reasons? Anyway, I bet if
you change "owner" to "user" and make sure /mnt/Study has permissions for the
the user (I open up the directory to 777, just to get working and then
restrict more once working). If you have smbclient installed, does the
smbclient command work as root? try the command:
smbclient //clinical/Study putpasswordhere -U putusernamehere
