I've tried Homepage builder and found the Linux version disappointing.
Note that you don't hear people raving about the Windows version, either.

I tend to use Mozilla Composer for "whap it out" pages, and Bluefish for
anything I want to hand code.

I hear the version of Quanta in KDE 3.2 is nice, but haven't tried it or
had it reviewed yet.
