I wrote to apologize to the guy myself, and when he wrote back, he
seemed fairly unconcerned. If memory serves, they have meetings every
two weeks, and three of their members already run Linux. This guy just
figured everyone would be tired of hearing him speak (I know how that
is), so he wanted someone else to give a talk on Linux. I don't think
this is "geek-from-hell" group, so I don't imagine things have to be
that technical. Still, he wasn't clear about what they wanted in a talk,
so you might just have to use your psychic powers to divine what they
might be interested in ahead of time. ;-}
