The January issue of LinuxUser & Developer (an English Linux
magazine) had a CD of OpenBSD 3.4 included with it. The magazine
cost $14 and is a very good magazine if you can find it. Not an
official CD, but it's almost the same thing.

The OpenBSD installer should give pause to any whiner who says
Linux is hard to install. Not for the faint hearted the first time
around...
