Another things is that Verizon does not have Any tech support people for
DSL. All the DSL business is out sorced to a company in TX that they have
contracted with. (I forget their name.) They handle not just support but
all the configurations everything. They are so bad Verizon have been trying
to get out of the contract for two years now.
Not that I want to defend Verizon or any phone company as they are all
basically the same.
