Let me just say that as a customer of Verizon you don't get access to the
same help that these 're-sellers' get access to. I have the phone numbers
to prove it. When shit hits the fan I have it down to a science. I have
my current ISP call Verizon - get a ticket opened up and then I call
Verizon with a 'secret' number that their regular Customer Service has no
idea about and do all the follow up. I'm generally talking to Level-N
Tech who knows what the hell is going on and has me up and running after
he figures out Verizon has screwed up. (Note: as this is Verizon - this
procedure doesn't work 100% of the time) But is pretty reliable.
