I, too, have to admit that my meetings aren't what I'd like them to be
for the same reason. Probably the only differences between Rob's and my
meetings are that I have more people coming, and I usually try to do a
Q&A session. But a lot of my meeting time is taken up by geeks and
newbies jabbering at each other. I suppose they enjoy it, since a lot of
them keep coming, but I'd like it to be more exciting. I commented to
someone at the last Tampa meeting that most of the people at meetings
sit quietly and listen. I can't juggle, or maybe I'd try to entertain
people that way. ;-}

But the truth of the matter is that I'm busy and lazy. I've got a
business to run, and side projects I'm working on. I get 1200-1600
pieces of mail a day, and probably an 2 inches worth of magazines a
month to read. And when it comes to running meetings and lists and
websites, I do the bare minimum.

So I have to echo Rob's sentiments. I've you'd like to help, feel free.

Paul
