It's funny, but I don't see any apt-libs rpms on the Suse ftp server for the
x86_64 architecture. They do have 32 bit rpms mixed with the 64 bit in the
x_86_64 distribution, and they seem to work well together because of AMD64's
32 bit backwards compatibility.
