I have a Thinkpad T40. I'm pretty sure its 802.11b NIC can be made to
work under Linux using http://ipw2100.sourceforge.net/, but as that's my
primary NIC, I want to be sure. I got it to boot from RUNT (Resnet USB
Network Tester) on a thumb drive, and I'm trying to make it work _first_
before I repartition /dev/hda and install Linux. I can live with slow
video or no sound, but connectivity is a must.
