my dad has a 64 bit machine running Suse 9.1 pro. He still wants to get the remotes to work that came with the ATI 9600 XT (All-in-wonder) and his Sound Blaster Audigy 2. He wants to use the machine for video editing and I have neither the time nor the inclination to get the remotes to work since I'm leaving for school on Saturday. I was thinking about sending him to the meeting ... would that sound like something better to do than getting a NIC to work?
