I have the knoppix 3.3 iso file for 2003-11-19 and for 2004-02-09
archived here, each is 716 MB and I have some of the copies of
the 2003-11-19 left that were made for the biz2 expo giveaways
that was held last December which I can supply if needed. Patty
was giving them out in her classes at SPC this spring. Let
