Is it like the OS CD where it hives you the option of hitting F2 to see
all the boot messages? Even when I used the SuSE kernel I never saw it.
Maybe something with the bootloader? Yast2 has something about that;
check it out. I use LILO, while you use GRUB IIRC. Maybe LILO doesn't
support the logo?
