I posted a comment about this on the Developer Shed Blogs. Here's what one
of the respondants had to say:

"TCWO was not looted. There was no break in or inventory stolen or even
damage to the building it was just a cover story to go out of business.
TCWO had been in trouble for quite some time and the storm was just an
excuse. Check with the Tampa Police dept. There is no police report on
file (public record) if you do not believe me.
