Here's a hypothetical. THIS IS JUST SPECULATION.

Inside job. Badguy A is dropped off by badguy B driving a truck. Both
have cellphones. A gets inside, trips the alarm, probably unavoidably,
hides in a known secure inside place, waits for the HCSO to respond and
find nothing, and deem it an unfounded. After HCSO departs, A calls B,
advises the coast is clear after having first disabled the alarm for
further activations. B returns from the donut shop or wherever he was
waiting. Load up and boogey out.

Have I missed anything?

Good theory. I'm not even sure that there was a robbery. I think they
couldn't cut the overhead of their new location and simply went out of
business. Let's say for a minute that they were robbed, that wouldn't
be a good reason to close up shop and stop doing business altogether. I
would hire a security guard and borrow money from the bank and vendors
to keep going. Then put out a big reward and look at the camera tapes.
Even so, they had too much inventory for two guys and a truck to clear
out. When I went over there a few days ago even the counters out front
were gone. Two guys and a truck would do a 30 minute snatch and grab of
the high dollar stuff and split. I can't imagine they would take the
coke machine and counters.

Anyhow, does anybody know of any other local cheap suppliers? My
brother is coming over this weekend and wants to build a PC.

Thanks,

Steve
