It depends if the Anaconda build will run under it. With a 2.6 kernel,
you can probably fit one on a 1.44MB floppy, but it won't have much.
It's getting tougher and tougher to do so.

PXE, USB, Zip, etc... are also viable options, but then you're typically
talking a newer BIOS (or I/O card with a BIOS in some cases) that can
supporting booting from such.

LOADLIN is just a boot-loader from an Int20-3Fh services (i.e., DOS)
environment -- instead of using LILO/GRUB to do so from an Int00-1Fh
services (i.e., BIOS) environment.

So as long as you can get to DOS (including MS-DOS 7.x aka Windows
95/98/ME), then you can use LOADLIN to load the kernel. Once the kernel
loads (along with any initrd passed with it into LOADLIN), then it's
just like you booted from the BIOS.
