Do you mean "spunky" like fast? Konqueror and Netscape both outperform Galeon
and Mozilla on my PC. The problem with the previous two is their lack of
features and HTML interpretation.

The only full-featured session-saving browser that has every shown any
performance on my system is Opera. They want $$$, and I'm about to spring
for it. My productivity loss and annoyance level is getting high. :(

However, I just downloaded from Matthew Hall's repository Galeon 1.3.17.99.
We shall see.
