I have seen them laying cable in the Gibsonton (SP?) area, I have
heard of them laying it in the Brandon area. I have also heard of
people getting calls in the Sarasota/Bradonton area about signing up
for the service. This has been a hot topic at work here recently
everyone seems to want in on it. I have not seen a service map however
nor do I have a landline phone to check the availability for myself
but I have not seen them laying any fiber in the St Pete area, north
or south, hopefully I am wrong about that however.

Would one more really hurt then? ;)

Does Verizon offer DirecTV? I know they have plans of offering "Cable
TV" through the fiber at some point, but my friend was told it wont be
any time soon. I am actually hoping this will cause Brighthouse to
take notice and up speeds more and lower prices.
