that would not mine me calling them or emailing them about some problems
and issue with a Epson Stylus 3000 .... Cant seem to get ahold of epson
after waiting 2 hours on hold. So if you can help that will be great.
general problem is that it wont print black with a new black cartridge
looking for cleaning kit for it. but Epson service manual for it does
not cover the act of cleaning the print head .
