Hmmm...kernel question I don't have the answer to. I have a G3/266, and
there's a few different distros that support it: debian (the one I use),
Gentoo, Yellowdog, Mandrake...but it's really a kernel question.
However, I think that because it has the upgrade card, and the upgrade
is just a plugged in CPU there shouldn't be a problem.

You may be better off asking in the distro-version-you-want-to-use
mailing list. Not enough PPC people here.
