If you want to "pay" for a distro, the $89 Deluxe Edition is currently
my #1 recommendation for those coming from Windows.
Otherwise, the Open Circulation Edition (OCE) is still quite good as
well. I recommend it to people who have used Linux before and prefer
KDE.
Because you can't go wrong with the Debian-base.
