Confused here 386 64??? If you mean 80386 processor fastest was 40mhz AMD
If you mean 386 with 64 megs of Ram that may be. How ever Dvd's will not
play on that
slow of a processor.

The Slowest PC with DVD playback ability was around 400 mhz with a decoder
card.
Which these were P2 and Amd K6, and Cyrix 686 pr333 chips.
