Yeah, appears to be. The stuff near the end looks the same (to the naked
eye) as the stuff near the beginning. You can get 1032 (or so) files out
of it as is, but I recommend you grab the source archive and compile it.
It's a later version, anyhow. Or see if you can get hold of an earlier
version, if you really really hate compiling.
