[SLUG] GPG and Evolution

I'm using suse 9.0 pro, gpg 1.2.2, and evolution 1.4.4

I have two accounts in evo and both have been setup for crypto - evo is
set to auto-sign all outbound email. When I go to send an email I get a
popup asking for my phrase twice - one is a standard gnome looking box
(Im in gnome) and the other is a kde-looking box (as I have kgpg
installed).

error one] When I sign my phrase in both and click send, I get an error
about "gpg: broken pipe". If I press send again it works, sends the
email with my sig attached.

error two] When I go to send from one specific account (this exact
account) I get an error about "signing failed: secret key not
available". I know I entered my pass phrase correctly and if I use the
CLI to go in to gpg, my private key is there (as well as in kgpg)

Anyone have an idea of what is going on?
