I really like PostNuke (based on PHP and MySQL). Their .com site is

examples. PostNuke (and its cousin PHPNuke) come with many modules, and
you can download many more (Chinese Astrology, Message Forums, Photo
Galleries, Marketing-Quality Surveys, etc.) The installation
requirements are very basic (PHP+MySQL), and the setup is easy.
