My RPMs (RH 8.something) have curl-7.9.8-1.i386.rpm and
curl-devel-7.9.8-1.i386.rpm.
http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=libcurl says libcurl is
from http://curl.haxx.se .
