Also under the heading of DUMB THINGS I'VE DONE, AND THE CLIENTS I DID
THEM TO:

I once was logged in to a client's network via PCAnywhere. Tired, and
thinking I was in a different directory, I issued "DEL *.*" and wiped
out all their accounting data. Fortunately for them, they kept daily
backups. Fortunately for me, I was able to convince them it must
be some sort of weird "computer glitch", and that I had just helped them
out by spotting it.
