Notice the name similarity? The virus/whatever is using a dictionary of names,
and randomly appending domains. Your name has been harvested and added to
their dictionary. I see a lot of those, and all of them carry an unnamed
attachment, as did yours. I got one a few days ago that had my name as the
sender and the recipient, but with a different domain for the sender. Just
send those emails to /dev/null and let the Windows world worry about what is
delivered by the unnamed attachment. ;)
