Check your recepticals that are powering the equipment, look and see if
the polarity is reversed, the hot side should be on the narrow blade and
the neutral should be on the wide blade, and make sure your ground blade
is grounded, that is where I have found more of those issues, if it is not there
is sure sounds like you have a ground loop somewhere.
