What you said may be true but it's not policy. They may do that for you
today, but may not on another day. Not all payment centers or all trucks
have every type of modem. So you may get what you want, but also don't be
suprised (and don't be upset with the customer service rep or the field
technician.) if you get there you can not have the modem you want.
 The policy is you can have whatever modem that is available.
