does what netmeeting, supports voip and videoconferencing.

if you are looking for server, check out asterisk, it is a voip
server/pbx and can run vido conferencing as well, with a variety
hardware voip phones (Cisco) and software.

to do a quickpeek you can use asterisk@home

if you happen to own a linksys wrt54g wireless router thingie you can
try this: http://sipath.sourceforge.net/weblinks.php however it is not
for beginers (flashing your linksys wrt54g with custom firmware,
etc..etc.. if you tries openwrt then you can give it a shoot.
otherwise keep exploring it on what you are fammiliar with: pcs with
monitors)
