It looks like that you have tried all that can be done. I would have to agree with everybody
else, that the cpu is dead. Running an amd cpu without the heat sink and fan will kill the cpu in
seconds.
Also, I see it all the time when you plug the pc up the nic turns on. Most cards today, "wake on
lan."
