Actually, PHP/MySQL is quite my Forte'. From what I can see so far,
this should be something quite simple.

Typically, what I want is for someone to mock up the user interface on
something like a word processor document or spreadsheet or even just
jpeg files so I can get an idea on what you want. Flow charts are
always good as well. I can develop something pretty quickly in this
manner.

As far as what you said about it being behind a 'membership wall', I'm
not completely sure what that is. Is that just something that is
controlled by apache user authentication or is it some other package,
and if so, does it have documentation or an API?
