Help! I'm trying to learn the GNU Autotools (autoconf, automake,
libtool) and it seems the more I read the worse it gets. Can anybody
help me? I will even drive to and pay for tutoring sessions if I can
find a kind-hearted expert willing to teach me.
Here's the level I'm at. I know C and C++ and I've written (very)
basic Makefiles by hand. I've even written some sample GNOME
applications with cookie cutter Makefiles. But now I am needing to
write a program that will need to parse MIME messages. I found a
library 'mimetic' but I can't figure out how to bring everything
together.
