Looks like $8 and up (not counting shipping), but you should count on maybe

And maybe the effect isn't real, but I suspect that cards that are meant to
be smaller and lower power (no fan in a PCMCIA slot) have worse performance
than PCI/ISA cards (if they had _better_ performance, you'd see PCI/ISA
cards built that way for performance reasons).
