My girlfriend still uses dial up and she uses dial up with Linux. She uses
http://atnisp.com I set up her Linux box, but she set up the connection
herself. They have an excellent Linux support system:
http://atnisp.com/help.asp She uses these guys, with no complaint, all over
the country.
