But I can see the potential (with a good lawyer) about a criminal
charge of Sony music gaining UN-Authorize access to a computer network.
Now where is it stated that a root kit will be installed and you have to
go through loops to get get rid of it. I called the Fl AG office and
they belive that Sony/BMG are in violation of state statute *815.06
*they stated that they would look into the legalise of the sony
agreement that pops up. they were very concern with the fact that it is
installing a rootkit to do such things. And belive that installing
software of that extreme nature should be very clearly presented in the
agreement you have to click. So it may be considered a criminal matter
in the state of florida.
