Seems to me that it's up to a state (California, for example)
or the feds to criminalize the behavior. I've already deleted
the prior post from one of y'all re: Calif. statutes on spyware.
Can't remember what it said. Check it to see whether it's
strickly a civil matter or a criminal one.
