Wrong those are Level3's dns servers
They have not been used by verizon since they left level3 and switched over
to previously unused 71.x.x.x ip range
Verizons current dns servers are as follows
68.238.112.12
68.238.96.12
ipcop router dns set to 4.2.2.2, 4.2.2.1
