I've personally used that program several times (ntfsresize). The
website is good for it's documentation on how to use it. The best way
to get it though is to get a CURRENT! knoppix disk (3.9 or newer),
it'll have the version of ntfs resize that can actually move data
(defrag won't move the second file index which is usually between the
middle and end of the partition, while the newer ntfsresize versions
will).

It can be a bit tricky to use, but if you are moderatly experienced
with linux and follow the directions on the website, you should be
able to handle it.
