this fixed it for me when I was running 9.3 a while back...
in /etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-ath0 (that was my wireless device name)
DHCLIENT_MODIFY_RESOLV_CONF='yes'
DHCLIENT_SET_DEFAULT_ROUTE='yes'
