                       matrix-management environment with experience in

                     * ability to train information systems project teams
                       and associates in the following business areas :

                       * IP best practices,
                     * understanding of advanced security concepts,
                     * lead any incident resolution process, and
                     * security certification(s) including CISSP, CISA, CISM,
                       etc.
