The exact origins are unknown, but apparently an unknown system called OBO
came with lasers but had some drive failures. FBI is investigating.
In unrelated news the military is investigating a breakin in one of their
advanced weapon targeting ranges at Strategic Air Command, in central
Florida. Someone wearing a black and white animal on their t-shirt got away
with fourteen containers loaded on a truck. Still being under development the
commander's only comment was "God save us if they fire them up!" No further
comments were available...
