A few things to try:

Grab the w32codec rpm and install it. Don't have a URL offhand but a Google search
will locate it. You may have to build it because of issues with licensing. It's
pretty simple and just requires grabbing a tarball and the .spec file and rebuildig.

Also make sure to install the libquicktime package. This is needed for a another
bunch of codecs.
