[SLUG] OpenOffice chart series

I have OpenOffice 2.0 (well, in the next line it identifies itself as being
version 1.9.129). I've created a chart with 5 series -- min, max, mean,
mean + std dev, and mean - std dev (not necessarily in that order). Thing
is, they appear in the legend as "Column E" to "Column I". How do I name
them? The answer may be in the online help, but I cannot find it amidst all
the other stuff.
